Frequenlty Asked Questions

A few helpful answers before your session. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to get in touch.

  • Not at all. Your dog doesn’t need to sit still perfectly or “perform” for beautiful images. I work patiently and naturally, allowing space for personality, play and honest moments.

  • That’s completely okay. Sessions are relaxed and led at your dog’s pace with time for movement , breaks and settling in naturally.

  • Not at all. Your dog’s safety always come first. Many dogs are photographed on lead, and I can often edit leads out where needed.

If your dog has reliable recall and it’s safe to do so, we can absolutely work off lead but there’s never any pressure. Nervous, reactive or high -energy dogs are always welcome too, and sessions are adapted with their comfort and safety in mind.

  • A lead, a few favourite treats or toys, water, and anything that helps your dog feel comfortable. If there’s something meaningful you’d like included, you’re welcome to bring it along.

  • If the weather isn’t suitable, we can always reschedule the session. I want your session to feel relaxed and enjoyable.

  • You’re definitely not alone, most people feel this way at first.

I’ll gently guide you throughout the session so nothing feels forced or overly posed. My goal is to create images that feel natural, and relaxed and true to you.

  • The number of final retouched images depends on the session you choose.

Your gallery is usually delivered within 2 weeks, carefully curated and edited with attention to mood, detail, and storytelling

  • Neutral, earthy or timeless tones work best. I reccomend avoiding large logos or busy patterns so the focus stays on you and the connection in the image.

  • Most sessions take place outdoors in natural light, but some can also be arranged indoors depending on the style and atmosphere you’re looking for.

  • You can get in touch through the contact form or by sending me a message.

When reaching out, it’s always helpful to include a little about you ( and your dog, if applicable), the type of session you’ re interested in, your preferred location, and any ideas or details that feel important to you.

Once I know a bit more, I’ll guide you through the next steps and help shape the session around you.
