Things to Know Before You Book
Before sending your enquiry, please take a quick moment to read our core booking guidelines
Booking & Deposits:
Once your session details and location are agreed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
A 10% deposit applies to Portrait and Dog and Companion sessions, and a 20% deposit applies to Training/commercial sessions.
Final Balance: The deposit is deducted from your total bill, and the remaining balance is payable on the day of your session.
Bad Weather Policy:
Living in the Midlands means the weather can be unpredictable! For outdoor and working dog sessions, we monitor the forecast closely.
If heavy rain or unsafe ground conditions make it impossible for the session to go ahead, your session will be rescheduled to the next available date at no extra cost, and your deposit will automatically transfer to the new date.
Please note: We do not cancel for light drizzle or overcast skies -working dogs look incredible in dramatic British weather! :-)
